Available Monday to Saturday for orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered by 10pm the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following day.

Standard Delivery: FREE

Please allow 1–2 business days for standard delivery within Dubai.

Abu Dhabi

Same-Day Express Delivery: AED 25

Available Monday to Saturday for orders placed before 10am. Orders placed after 10am will be delivered the following day.

Please allow 1–3 business days for standard delivery within Abu Dhabi.

Other UAE Emirates & Remote Areas

Standard Delivery: FREE

For customers in the other UAE Emirates and remote areas of Abu Dhabi, please allow approximately 2–4 business days for delivery.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected destinations worldwide.

Our current international shipping rates are:

GCC — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain & Oman: AED 50

UK & Europe: AED 110

USA, Canada, Australia & Rest of World: AED 150

FREE international shipping on orders over AED 900.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier and customs clearance.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

While we endeavour to ship to all destinations listed, there may occasionally be circumstances where we are temporarily unable to deliver to a particular country or region. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated as included at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in Love Letters x shipping charges.

Love Letters x does not control these charges and cannot determine in advance whether they will apply or how much they may be.

Changes After Dispatch

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Any post-dispatch services requested by the customer, including a change of delivery address or rescheduling of delivery, may incur additional courier charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
