Returns & Refunds
Full-priced items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Sale and reduced items are final. They cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or incorrectly supplied items (see below).
To arrange a return, email us at info@lovelettersx.com telling us what you'd like to return, and we'll arrange a pickup, or you may return your purchase to us directly.
Change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense. AED 27 will be deducted from your refund if you originally selected free next-day delivery.
Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable. Any refund issued will be for the price of the returned item(s) only, excluding delivery costs.
Full-priced items returned after 14 days will not be eligible for refund or credit.
Returned items must be in original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to deny a refund on any item returned used, soiled, worn, scented, or damaged in any way, and to return it to you at your expense.
All items are quality-controlled before dispatch. Once we receive your return, it will be inspected before a refund is issued.
Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours and may take up to 10 working days to reach your account. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Faulty or incorrect items: If you receive a faulty item or the wrong order, contact our Customer Care team at info@lovelettersx.com with your order number and details of the fault or error. For faulty or incorrectly supplied items you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, return shipping is at our expense, and these rights are not limited to the 14-day window above.
